Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are made-to-order through our professional print partners. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via standard shipping. Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days within the United States.
Shipping Cost
A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity.
Order Changes
Because items are produced on demand, changes cannot be made once an order enters production.
Return & Refund Policy
Because all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective.
Returns are not accepted for:
change of mind
ordering the wrong item
color or design preference
buyer’s remorse
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please see the “Quality Concerns” section below.
Quality Concerns
If you have a concern about the quality of your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@driftbyjoanne.com. We’ll review the issue and work with our print partner to determine whether a replacement is eligible under their production guidelines.
Include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
a clear photo of the item
Replacements are provided for:
printing errors or misprints
damaged items
manufacturing defects
incorrect items received
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no cost. Items do not need to be returned.
